To be successful in these roles, you need to demonstrate the following:

• Proven recruitment experience, in an agency would be advantageous though not essential
• Sound judgement and effective relationship management are also key to this role
• Self-starter who has the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both face to face and over the phone
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Highly organised and able to multitask
